but rather as I note them on the map. Headways are M-F.
- New 395 combines Camp Del Mar part of 314/317 and 305 to
San Clemente. 120 minute headway. 305 trips
alternate via San Mateo Rd. & Basilone Rd., serving
one street outbound, the other inbound, so riders may use
any outbound trip from Oceanside to get to the northern

housing area. 120 minute headway, giving a combined
60 minute headway with 394/395 to Camp Del Mar.

Camp Pendleton.
- 303 split into 303 and 397. 397 takes the northern
loop from Oceanside to the Hospital area, then continues
along 306 to Fallbrook. 150 minute headway. 303
southern part remains to North River & College, then
via current 306 route to Vista. 30 minute headway.
- 316 now will only operate to Francine Villas on a 60
minute headway. The rest of 316 is covered by the
303 (Mission Ave.), 318 (Oceanside Blvd.) and 309 (El
Camino Real).
- New 315 will operate via CA-76, then follow the northern
313 leg through the Oceanside Airport Industrial Park to
Mission and College, but skipping the Old Grove area.
It then continues to the Camp Pendleton Hospital.
60 minute headway.
- 313 will now only be the southern leg of the current
route, but only as far as Mission and College, serving
the Old Grove area. It will also serve part of the
312 route, staying south of Mission Ave. It will
also deviate to the Oceano complex on ECR. 60
minute headway. Street improvements required around
the Senior Citizen Center.

cities of Oceanside and Carlsbad agreeing to remove a

follows 308 to Via De La Valle & Stevens, then via
Jimmy Durante, Camino Del Mar, Del Mar Heights, Carmel
Country, Carmel Creek, Carmel Mountain, Sorrento Valley
Rd., Sorrento Valley Station, I-5 to UTC. This
resumes a portion of service abandoned over 15 years ago
when San Diego pulled back their 41 from Del Mar and NCTD
extended the (30)1 to UTC. This is predicate on a funding
agreement with MTDB for the portion outside the NCTD area.
30 minute headway.
- It's unclear, but CTS 810 and CTS 860 may be expanded
into all-day services. The colors on the map indicate 15
minute and 30 minute headways, respectively, but to me
that seems overkill.
For far term (by 2012), NCTD is planning for
increased frequencies and new services. I am not covering
reworking of routes such as the 302 being rerouted to cover the
new 303, and extending the 306 along the western portion of the
302, and other reroutes due to LRT.

by new 346.

and Perris.
